1. Who we are

2. The service

Trendelia is an online platform where users share posts ("notes") with images, videos and hashtags, follow other users and hashtags, and where business accounts ("brands") may present products and schedule live shopping events. Product purchases are completed on the brand's own website — Trendelia does not sell the products shown and is not a party to those sales.

3. Accounts

You must be at least 14 years old to create an account. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity on your account. One person or entity per account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, after which you may use the complaint procedure in section 8.

4. Your content

You keep ownership of the content you post. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and distribute your content on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting the service. You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload.

5. Prohibited content and behaviour

Illegal content, content infringing intellectual property, hate speech, harassment, sexual content involving minors, spam, misleading advertising, malware and impersonation are prohibited. The full rules are in our Community Guidelines, which form part of these terms.

6. Content moderation

We review content that is reported to us and may remove content or restrict accounts that break these terms or the law. When we remove your content or restrict your account we will tell you the reasons, unless we are legally prevented from doing so. Moderation decisions combine human review with basic automated checks (e.g. spam limits).

7. Brand memberships

Paid features for business accounts are governed additionally by the Brand & Seller Terms and the Refund Policy.

8. Complaints and disputes

Reports of illegal content can be submitted via the "Report" link on any post or by email to [ABUSE EMAIL]. If you disagree with a moderation or account decision, reply to the notification or contact us within 6 months and we will review the decision internally. Consumers resident in the EU may also contact the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service or a certified alternative dispute resolution body; nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus; consumers retain any mandatory protections of their country of residence.

9. Liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for user content, for products sold by brands on their own sites, or for indirect damages. Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the platform at least 15 days in advance, except where changes are required by law or urgent safety reasons.
