Reporting infringement

If you believe content on Trendelia infringes your copyright or trademark, use the Report link on the post or email [ABUSE EMAIL] with: (1) identification of the protected work, (2) the URL of the infringing content, (3) your contact details, (4) a statement that you believe in good faith the use is unauthorised, and (5) a statement that your notice is accurate and that you are the rightsholder or authorised to act.

Our process

We review complete notices without undue delay, remove infringing content, and notify the uploader with the reasons. The uploader may contest the removal (counter-notice); we may restore content if the counter-notice shows the removal was unjustified and the reporter does not initiate proceedings.

Repeat infringers

Accounts that repeatedly upload infringing content are suspended or terminated. Manifestly abusive reports may lead to the reporter's reports being deprioritised, as provided by the Digital Services Act.
