Refund Policy

1. What this covers

This policy covers brand membership fees paid on Trendelia. It does not cover products bought from brands' own shops — those purchases are governed by the selling brand's terms and EU consumer law, and refunds for them must be requested from the brand.

2. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you purchase a membership as a consumer in the EU, you may withdraw within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason and receive a full refund — unless you expressly requested immediate activation and acknowledged losing the withdrawal right once the service is fully performed. Business purchases (which brand memberships normally are) do not carry this statutory right, but we honour the 14-day window as goodwill if the paid features have not been substantially used (no products listed, no live events held).

3. How to request a refund

Email [BILLING EMAIL] from your account email with the order number (shown at checkout and in our records). We respond within 14 days. Approved refunds are returned via the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Where a membership was activated with a 100% coupon, there is no payment to refund; the membership is simply cancelled.

4. Effect of a refund

When a membership fee is refunded, the paid features (product listings, live events) are deactivated. Your account and content remain unless you also delete the account.

5. Faulty service

If the paid features are materially unavailable for an extended period through our fault, you may request a proportional or full refund regardless of the windows above. Statutory rights remain unaffected.
