Brand & Seller Terms

1. Business accounts

Brand accounts are for businesses only. You must provide accurate business information and, on request, evidence of registration (name, registration number, VAT number). Verified badges are granted at our discretion after checks.

2. Membership and fees

Paid features (product listings, live events) require an active yearly membership at the price shown at checkout for your assigned role, VAT included where applicable. Promotional coupon codes may reduce or waive the fee. Memberships renew only by explicit repurchase — there is no automatic charging.

3. Products

Products you list must be accurately described, lawful to sell in the EU, and link to your own shop where the sale is completed. You are the seller of record — Trendelia is not a party to sales and does not handle payment for products. You are responsible for consumer-law compliance on your own site (withdrawal rights, guarantees, pricing transparency).

4. Content and ranking

Product and note visibility follows recency, engagement (likes, saves) and category/hashtag relevance. No paid ranking boosts currently exist; if introduced, they will be clearly labelled.

5. Termination

We may suspend brand features for breaches of these terms, with reasons stated and the appeal route described in the Terms of Service. See the Refund Policy for what happens to fees.
